COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 24 Mizzou Volleyball (14-4, 6-2 SEC) welcomes No. 13 Florida to the Hearnes Center for a primetime Wednesday evening matchup.
First serve is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT and the contest will broadcast live on ESPNU. Tyler Denning and Lizzy Stemke will be on the call.

Series Snapshot vs. Florida
- Mizzou trails in the all-time series, 7-5.
- In the teams' last matchup (Oct. 21, 2018), Mizzou tallied a thrilling 3-2 victory over Florida in Gainesville.
- The last time the Gators visited Mid-Missouri (Nov. 25, 2017), they produced a 3-1 triumph over the Tigers. Mizzou's last win in Columbia over Florida occurred three years ago (Nov. 20, 2016), as it won a five-set thriller.
Fuentes Honored by SEC Office Yet Again
- Pressing all the right buttons for the Mizzou offense this past weekend was redshirt sophomore S Andrea Fuentes. The San Juan native produced 89 total assists (14.83 per set) in victories over Arkansas and Mississippi State.
- For her outstanding efforts in leading the Tiger attack, Fuentes was named the Southeastern Conference Week Nine Volleyball Overall Player and Setter of the Week on Monday (Oct. 28).
- It marked Fuentes' seventh career honor by the SEC office. She was also tabbed the SEC Overall Player and Setter of the Week earlier this season (Sept. 16).
- Fuentes concluded her past weekend with 51 assists, as Mizzou hit .415 as a team against the Bulldogs. The 51 assists were the most by an SEC player in a three-set match this year.
- Heading into this week's slate of SEC matches, Fuentes' 11.73 assists per set ranks second in the NCAA. She's played a pivotal role into Mizzou's high-powered offense this season, as its .320 hitting percentage ranks second in the nation and 14.62 kills per set ranks fifth.
Mizzou Nationally Ranked For Eighth-Straight Week
- Mizzou placed No. 21 in the Week Two (Sept. 9) edition of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division I Coaches Top 25 poll. It marked the Tigers' first appearance in the national poll this season.
- Ranging from the Week Two - current Week Nine (Oct. 28) edition of the AVCA poll, the Tigers have ranked anywhere between No. 17 and No. 25 in the country. Entering play this week (Oct. 28 - Nov. 3), Mizzou has appeared in the national rankings an impressive eight consecutive times.
- It stands as the Tigers' most AVCA poll single-season appearances since 2013, as that year's Mizzou squad totaled 10 appearances in midst of its unforgettable 34-0 regular season and first-ever SEC Championship.
- Since joining the Southeastern Conference in 2012, the Tigers have appeared in the AVCA poll 34 total times. Mizzou gained national attention early this season following an impressive sweep over then-No. 14 Michigan (Sept. 6) at the Dayton Invitational. It stood as Mizzou's 16th, Top 25 nationally ranked victory since joining the SEC.
