- Mizzou has never lost to the Shockers and has won five of the six meetings by at least 20 points.
- The last time Mizzou and Wichita State squared off in Columbia was December 10, 1976 -- an 80-40 victory for the Tigers.
- This is third Missouri Valley Conference opponent Mizzou has faced this season. The Tigers beat both Indiana State and Missouri State at Mizzou Arena in November.
- Mizzou has 73 wins over MVC opponents in program history.
- Mizzou is looking for its 30th consecutive home nonconference victory on Friday.
- Despite playing just three true forwards this season, Mizzou has outrebounded opponents in seven of its 10 games. The Tigers are 6-1 in those contests.
- After Lindsey Cunningham recorded a double-double Wednesday with 11 points and 10 rebounds, Mizzou is now one of five teams in the SEC with at least three players posting double-doubles this season.
RAINING 3s
- Senior guard Sierra Michaelis nailed six triples in a win over SIUE and moved up another spot on Mizzou's all-time three-point field goals list. She needs just seven more to rank third all-time in career threes.
- When Mizzou has attempted at least 20 threes in a game this season, the Tigers are 5-0.
- The Tigers rank second in the SEC in total three-pointers made with 56 this season.

- Doty is 10 steals shy from cracking the top ten of Mizzou's all-time steals list with 168 swipes.
- Sophomore Sophie Cunningham is shooting 85.5 percent from the free throw line this season. That currently ranks fifth on Mizzou's all-time single-season free throw percentage list. The record is 91.2 percent, set by Carlynn Savant in 2006-07.
SCOUTING WICHITA STATE
- Wichita State has won its last two games over Northeastern and Arkansas State by an average of 16 points.

- The Shockers have gotten to the free throw line just 7.0 times per game this season compared to Mizzou's 15.9 trips per outing. Mizzou is coming off its fourth game with 20 or more free throw attempts in 2016-17.
LAST TIME OUT
- Mizzou topped SIU-Edwardsville, 72-60, on Wednesday night. Mizzou capitalized on a strong second half and a dominant presence from the free throw line to down SIUE.
