COLUMBIA, Mo. - The No. 13/21 Mizzou men's and women's swimming and diving teams enter postseason action this week as they host the 2016 Southeastern Conference Swimming and Diving Championships, Tuesday, Feb. 16 - Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Mizzou Aquatic Center.

• The No. 13/21 Mizzou men's and women's swimming and diving teams enter postseason action this week as they host the 2016 Southeastern Conference Swimming and Diving Championships, Tuesday, Feb. 16-Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Mizzou Aquatic Center. 
• This marks the first time the Tigers will host the SEC Championships, although they did host the 2006, 2009 and 2012 Big 12 Conference Championships. 
• The men enter the meet ranked 13th nationally and the women 21st. 
• Last year, the men finished 6th (768 points) and the women eighth (594) points at the 2015 SEC Championships.
• Head Coach Greg Rhodenbaugh is in his sixth season at the helm of the Tigers. Under his direction, the men have posted their top four NCAA finishes in program history, while the women have their top three. 
• Three Tigers enter the Championships with nation-leading times in their respective events: junior Michael Chadwick (100 free), redshirt senior Abby Duncan (200 breast) and junior Fabian Schwingenschlogl (100 breast).
• Two Tiger men and two Tiger women combine to own six NCAA A cuts in 2015-16: Chadwick (50 and 100 free), Schwingenschlogl (100 breast), Duncan (100 and 200 breast) and junior Katharine Ross (100 breast). 
• In the diving well, senior Clark Thomas claimed SEC Male Diver of the Week honors a league-best three times in 2015-16, including two weeks in a row in late January. 
• Eight men's and women's SEC programs enter the Championships ranked in the top-25 of the latest polls. On the men's side, Georgia leads the way at third, followed by Florida (fifth), Auburn (sixth), Tennessee (10th), Alabama (11th), Mizzou (13th), Texas A&M (24th) and LSU (25th). For the women, Georgia enters as the nation's top-ranked team, while Texas A&M is fifth, Florida ninth, Auburn 11th, Tennessee 13th, LSU 20th, Mizzou 21st and Alabama 23rd.

MIZZOU AT THE SEC CHAMPIONSHIPS

• 2016 marks Mizzou's fourth season in the Southeastern Conference
• The Tiger men own finishes of fifth (2013 and 2014) and sixth (2015), while the women own finishes of eighth (2013 and 2015) and ninth (2014)
• Mizzou's only three SEC individual titles have come in the diving well
• In 2013, David Bonuchi swept the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards en route to the SEC High-Meet Scorer and Male Diver of the Year honors
• Also in 2013, Loren Figueroa claimed the women's 1-meter crown 

CHADWICK ONE OF NATION'S TOP SPRINTERS

• One season after his breakthrough sophomore campaign, junior Michael Chadwick now stands as one of the nation's top sprinters 
• The Charlotte, N.C., native ranks first nationally in the 100 free (A cut), second in the 50 free (A cut) and 10th in the 200 free (B cut)
• Chadwick also owns NCAA B qualifying times in the 100 back, 100 breast and 200 IM
• A year ago, Chadwich finished fifth in the 100 free and ninth in the 50 free at the 2015 NCAA Championships
• Already stands as the second-most decorated male swimmer in program history with two first team and six honorable mention All-America honors
• Additionally, Chadwick ranks seventh among all U.S. swimmers in the men's 50 and 100 free (LCM) entering the U.S. Olympic Trials

TIGERS SET 11 SCHOOL RECORDS SO FAR IN 2015-16

• Entering the SEC Championships, the men's and women's teams have already combined to set 11 new school records (seven by the men and four by the women) in 2015-16
• The new men's records on the book include the 50 free (Michael Chadwick - 19.17), 100 free (Michael Chadwick - 41.89), 200 free (Michael Chadwick - 1:34.48), 100 breast (Fabian Schwingenschlogl - 51.36), 100 fly (Andrew Sansoucie - 46.10), 400 free relay (2:52.21) and 200 medley relay (1:24.39)
• The new women's records include the 500 free (Kira Zubar - 4:42.92), 1650 free (Kira Zubar - 16:18.64), 100 breast (Katharine Ross - 58.66) and 200 breast (Abby Duncan - 2:07.02) 
   

RHODENBAUGH DOING BIG THINGS AT MIZZOU

• In his sixth season as head coach of the Tigers, Greg Rhodenbaugh continues to take the squad to new heights
• In his previous five years in Columbia, Rhodenbaugh's men's program has recorded the top four NCAA finishes in program history, while the women have the top three
• Addtionally, before he arrived at Mizzou, the women's team had 13 swimmers earn 32 All-America honors in its history, while the men only had two swimmers claim three All-America accolades
• In his first five seasons alone, 13 women have earned 60 All-America honors and 13 men have claimed 43 All-America honors

THREE TIGERS LEAD THE NATION IN RESPECTIVE EVENTS
Three different Tigers sit atop the national rankings in their respective events: redshirt senior Abby Duncan and juniors Michael Chadwick and Fabian Schwingenschlogl
Chadwick owns the nation's top 100 free time (41.89), while also ranking second nationally in the 50 free (19.17)
Mizzou currently stands as one of the breaststroke hubs in the country, as Duncan boasts the women's top 200 breast time and Schwingenschlogl owns the men's top 100 breast time
Duncan also ranks fifth in the 100 breast and Schwingenschlogl is sixth in the 200 breast
Additionally, junior Katharine Ross clocks in at third in the 100 breast

CLARK THOMAS ENDING SENIOR SEASON STRONG

• With a little more than a month left in his collegiate career, senior diver Clark Thomas has put on quite a performance of late
• The Olathe, Kan., native won SEC Male Diver of the Week honors a league-high three times in 2015-16, including two weeks in a row in late January
• Thomas has six event titles on the season, including four on 1-meter and two on 3-meter, four of which he won in the final two duals of the regular season
• He owns season best scores of 395.35 on 1-meter, 384.95 on 3-meter and 332.65 on platform

2015-16 SEASON IN REVIEW

• The Tigers concluded the regular season with records of 6-1 (men) and 5-2 (women) in dual meet action. The men also claimed top honors at both the Tennessee Invite and the Show-Me Showdown earlier in the season
• Entering the SEC Championships, Mizzou has 32 swimmers (21 male, 11 female) with NCAA 'A' or 'B' times and seven divers (four male, three female) who have qualified for the NCAA Zone Championships.
• Missouri has 12 total NCAA 'A' times so far this season, six individually and six in relays. Redshirt senior Abby Duncan (100 and 200 breast) and junior Michael Chadwick (50 and 100 free) both have two apiece, while juniors Fabian Schwingenschlogl (100 breast) and Katharine Ross (100 breast) each have one
• Four men's relays have A cuts, the 200 free relay (1:17.54), 400 free relay (2:52.21), 200 medley relay (1:24.39) and 400 medley relay (3:06.21), while the women have A cuts in the 200 medley relay (1:37.38) and 400 medley relay (3:33.11)

TRANSFERS MAKING AN IMPACT

• Mizzou picked up a pair of transfers in the summer, juniors Nadine Laemmler and Fabian Schwingenschlogl from Western Kentucky
• The duo have made a major impact on the Tigers this season
• Schwingenschlogl, who came to Mizzou as a three-time All-American, ranks first in the 100 breast and sixth in the 200 breast nationally 
• Schwingenschlogl's addition helped boslter a breaststroke group that lost All-American Sam Tierney to graduation a season ago
• Laemmler, a 2015 NCAA qualifier, currently ranks 18th in the 200 back and 21st in the 100 back nationally
