• Mizzou Men's Basketball (7-11, 1-4) returns home to Mizzou Arena to face Arkansas (14-4, 3-2) on Saturday, Jan. 24 with tip-off at 1 p.m., on ESPN2.
• Sophomore guard Wes Clark's 2.2 steals per game in SEC action currently ranks No. 1 in the league.
• The Tigers have been led by sophomore forward Johnathan Williams, III, who is currently averaging 12.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
• Williams averaged just 5.8 points per game in 2013-14, but under head coach Kim Anderson, the Tiger's production has more than doubled.
• The Tigers were unable to stop a second-half surge by Texas A&M on the road on Wednesday (Jan. 21), dropping a 62-50 result.
• Mizzou's freshman class has accounted for 38.7 percent of the team's minutes through 18 games.
• With the addition of sophomores, underclassmen have been playing 66.8 percent of the Tigers' minutes.
• 7 of Mizzou's top 8 scorers are underclassmen, with Shamburger (8.6) the only exception.

LAST TIME OUT...
• Mizzou (7-11, 1-4) fell on the road at Texas A&M by a score of 62-50. The Aggies rallied back from a seven-point halftime deficit to take the result inside Reed Arena.
• Mizzou was marred in the second half by unsuccessful shooting (8-of-24, 33.3%) and shots continuing to fall for Texas A&M (12-of-23, 52.4 percent).
• The first half at Texas A&M saw Mizzou's second-most successful field goal shooting (52.2 percent) in a first half this season behind Elon (59.1 percent on Dec. 11).
• The Tiger sophomore duo of Wes Clark and Johnathan Williams, III hit a combined 8-of-12 field goals in the first half, matching Texas A&M's successful first half makes (8-of-24).
• Clark finished the game with a career-best 18 points, hitting 7-of-11 FG and 4-of-6 three-pointers.
• He also dished six assists in the game, marking the fourth game this season with at least five assists.
• Senior forward Keanau Post earned his first start of the 2014-15 season and fourth of his two-year career at Mizzou.
A LOOK AT THE OPPONENT... ARKANSAS
• Arkansas (14-4, 4-2) enters its game at Mizzou with one win in its last three contests, earned a two-game spell of setbacks with Wednesday's overtime win vs. Alabama (93-91). The Razorbacks dropped two-straight conference matchups, first at Tennessee (Jan. 13) by a score of 74-69, followed by a home setback to Ole Miss (Jan. 17), 96-82.
• The Razorbacks, led by fourth-year head coach Mike Anderson, average a strong 83.5 points per game. That mark is helped along by the stellar play of sophomore forward Bobby Portis (17.8 points per game) and junior guard Michael Qualls (16.9).
• Portis is also a load around the rim, as the Razorback averages 8.4 rebounds per game and has a team-best 21 blocks to his credit.
• The Razorbacks are 2-3 away from home this season, dropping games at Iowa State (95-77, Dec. 4), at Clemson (68-65, Dec. 7) and the aforementioned game at Tennessee.
• Mizzou leads the all-time series vs. Arkansas, 21-20. The Tigers have claimed three-straight victories in the series, winning 93-63 two seasons ago in Columbia on March 5, 2013, before two wins during the 2013-14 season: 75-71 in Fayetteville on Jan. 28, 2014, and 86-85 in Columbia on Feb. 13, 2014.

• Mizzou head coach Kim Anderson is competing with 47 other NCAA Division I men's basketball coaches for a great cause: a $100,000 donation to charity. Anderson is representing Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbia, Missouri, in the Infiniti Coaches' Charity Challenge, which is a four-round contest driven by online fan voting.
• Mizzou fans and those wishing to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Columbia, Missouri, can vote for Anderson at www.espn.com/infiniti.
• As an official corporate partner of the NCAA, Infiniti will make total donations throughout the competition of $349,000. As coaches advance throughout the competition, donations totaling $249,000 will be awarded to each of their charities of choice; the farther they advance, the more money the coaches raise. The final winning coach will receive a total of $100,000 to benefit his charity of choice.
• The initial round runs from Jan. 5 - Jan. 25, with the second round of voting cutting the field to 24 coaches.
