Last Time vs. Colorado
Mizzou and Colorado have not met since Feb. 26, 2011 at Mizzou Arena. The Tigers fell to the Buffaloes, 63-59, thanks to a CU three-pointer in the last 15 seconds of play. Then a senior, Mizzou standout, RaeShara Brown put up 17 points in the contest, grabbed two rebounds and dished four assists.
Scouting Colorado
Prior to their contest at Iowa, the Buffaloes were riding a five game win streak, but the team still sits on a successful 6-2 record this season. Senior forward, Jen Reese, leads Colorado, averaging 16.3ppg and 9.1 rpg. She is shooting 45-percent from the field and about 86 percent from the free throw line. Two other Buffaloes average double-figure scoring numbers for the team including Haley Smith and Jamee Swan who average 13 and 14.4 ppg, respectively.

• Mizzou's win over Saint Louis marks the Tigers' 19th consecutive non-conference win inside Mizzou Arena. The streak dates back to Mizzou's win over UT Martin on Dec. 7, 2010. The Tigers have won six straight games in the Arena, dating back to Mizzou's win over Ole Miss on Feb. 27 last season.
• The Tiger bench is once again an important component to Mizzou's game plan. The Tigers have outscored opponents off the bench in every game this season. The Tiger bench outscored Saint Louis' bench 31-6, and the Tigers scored 54 points off the pine against SEMO, outscoring the entire Redhawk team who put up just 42 points overall.
• The Tigers are coming on strong this season. Mizzou is outscoring its opponents by more than 10 points in the first half of games as compared to 4.5 points in the second half. The Tigers don't let each other down, however, the team assists on 59-percent of it's second-half field goals and 56-percent of first-half buckets.
• Mizzou is leading a balanced scoring attack this season; five Tigers are averaging eight or more points through eight games, while two more are averaging more than five points per game. Every Mizzou player who has appeared on the floor this season has made at least six field goals.

Sophomore Jordan Frericks is off to a great start this season. She leads the Tigers in several categories including scoring (14.4 ppg), field goals made (5.4), rebounds per game (11.0), steals (2.3), blocks (1.3 per game) and minutes (26.9). Not only does she lead the Tigers with her three double-doubles on the season, but she has put up double figures in five of Mizzou's eight games so far.
Frericks' 14.4 points per game sit 10th in the SEC, and she leads the league in rebounding with Ole Miss' Tia Faleru (11.0). Her 60.6-percent shooting puts her third in the conference, while her 4.4 offensive rebounds per game rank third. She leads the league in defensive rebounding with 6.6 per game as well.
