- Mizzou now trails the all-time series with Kentucky, 4-2, and is now 1-1 in Lexington. Head coach Wayne Kreklow falls to 2-3 all-time against UK.
- Mizzou falls to 34-17 all-time in SEC play and 15-10 in 25 road SEC matches all-time.
- Sophomore Emily Thater, who had 24 kills on .367 hitting in her previous three matches, was good again on Sunday with seven kills on .357 hitting.
- Senior Emily Wilson posted 12 kills on Sunday, her most since posting 17 at Mississippi State on Oct. 19. It was also her first time in double-figures since that match at MSU as well, a six-match span.
- Freshman Kasey Reuter pulled in a career-high nine digs in the loss.
