Las Vegas, Nev. - Women's Golf is set to compete in the 2012 Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown beginning Sunday, Oct. 21 at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The 54-hole tournament will be played over the course of three days, with golfers playing 18 holes each day. Hosted by UNLV, the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown is set to take place at Stallion Mountain Golf Club in Las Vegas.

A total of 17 teams make up the tournament field, including Colorado State, Fresno State, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas State, Kennesaw State, Long Beach State, Minnesota, Mississippi State, New Mexico State, North Texas, Penn State, San Diego State, UNLV, Washington State and Wisconsin. All teams will play the 6,230-yard, par 72 course at Stallion Mountain Golf Club.

Live scoring for the event will be available on golfstat.com. Results will be posted on mutigers.com following the completion of each round as well.
