COLUMBIA, Mo. - Mizzou's Women's Soccer team has found a new, challenging way to train off the pitch this fall. For the first time, a professional yoga instructor is helping the team gain core strength and flexibility through weekly yoga lessons. While lessons are only a couple weeks old, players say they have seen a difference during matches.
