COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Missouri softball team is doing its part to help in the fight against cancer. The team is auctioning off the pink jerseys worn during their April 8 win against Southern Illinois. The online auction began the last week and will end on Saturday, May 2, at 7 p.m. (CT) All proceeds from the auctioning of the jerseys will go to the Mid-Missouri sector of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

 

This is the first year that the Tigers have worn pink jerseys during a game and held an auction of this kind. A few bidding wars have already started over some of the fan favorites. Tiger fans can bid online at .
