Tigers Sixth After Two Rounds of Wolf Run Intercollegiate

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. - - The University of Missouri men's golf team stands in sixth place after two rounds of play at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate in Zionsville, Ind. with a 597 (302-295) total. The Tigers were led by senior Peter Malnati, who is tied for fourth place with a two-round total of 143.

Malnati carded rounds of 73 and 70 on Saturday and is tied with Andy Winings for fourth place, three shots behind leader Jorge Campillo on Indiana.

Sophomores William Harrold and Tyler Hillis are among a group tied for 35th place with 36-hole totals of 152. Harrold followed an opening round 80 with a 72 in round two. Hillis turned in a pair of 76's in the first day of play.

Sophomore Will Hogan is tied for 46th spot with a 154 total and freshman Jace Long's 156 score puts him in a tie for 52nd place.

Mizzou will enter Sunday's final round one shot behind two teams tied for fourth place and five shots out of third. Michigan leads with a two-round total of 580.
