TRINITY, Texas - The Mizzou men's golf team turned in rounds of 312 and 304 on the first day of play at the Big 12 Conference Championship at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Trinity, Texas. The Tigers are in 12th place with two rounds to play.
Freshman William Harrold shot a 78 in round one and a 74 in round two and stands in a tie for 32nd place. Sophomore Bud Reynolds is one shot behind Harrold, in a tie for 36th place after rounds of 79 and 74. Junior Ryne Fisher it tied for 40th spot, while juniors Kyle Marcolla and Peter Malnati are among a group tied for 46th place.
The third round will be played on Saturday, with the fourth round scheduled for Sunday.
