Kansas State Head Coach Frank Martin

On Kansas State turnovers:
"Here's the deal: you want to play Missouri on the road you better not turn the basketball over. We turned it over. We had I think either 10 or 11 turnovers in the second half. We do that on offense and then just don't defend; we've got no chance to win."

On Missouri overcoming adversity:
"Give them credit. Obviously they'd had a little adversity here the last few days. Mike (Anderson) handled it like the standup guy that he is I must say, and he's kept those kids focused and ready to play and they came out, made shots and beat us."

On Missouri guard JT Tiller:
"JT Tiller's a good player. When he comes in he attacks. He's an attack-first guard and he played that way. It's a credit to him."

On the Mizzou Arena atmosphere:
"All this is is the first time a bunch of freshmen are playing in this arena. We played a good team; we didn't play a bad basketball team. They battled through some adversity. Give their players some credit. They stuck together, they dealt with it and then they came out today and played like the team they're capable of."

On Mike Anderson's system:
"It's their system. They don't win because of a player, they win because of how they play."

"They protected their home court which is what you have to do to be a good basketball team."
