Feb. 12, 2008
Columbia, Mo. - Missouri's upcoming men's basketball game at Nebraska on Feb. 13 will be televised on a tape-delay basis.
The game will tip-off at its regularly-scheduled time of 7 p.m.
The tape-delayed broadcast is due to the television rights agreement the Big 12 Conference has with ESPN. The originally-scheduled broadcast time put the game in direct conflict with the ESPN-Plus game scheduled that evening. The contest can still be heard live on the Tiger Radio Network.
Although the game will be aired on a tape-delayed basis, Tiger fans will have plenty of opportunities to watch the game later that evening. Metro Sports in Kansas City and Fox Sports Midwest throughout the state will broadcast at 8:30 p.m., while KZOU will show the contests in Mid-Missouri immediately following the originally-scheduled ESPN-Plus telecast.
All other remaining Mizzou regular season games will be televised live.
