COLUMBIA, Mo. - Missouri Head Swim Coach Brian Hoffer and the Tiger swimming coaching staff will hold a one day adult freestyle swim clinic on both Dec. 8 and 9 at the University of Missouri Student Rec Complex. The clinic will kick off at 10 a.m. and last until 6 p.m. each day.

The clinic is designed for anyone interested in improving their freestyle stroke. Those attending will receive instruction at an appropriate level for where their abilities lie.

Individuals planning to attend the clinic will need to pay a $150 registration fee, which includes: Two water workouts with personalized instruction, lecture with workout strategies, Q&A time with the coaches, cap and t-shirt. What's more, the clinic will take place in the Mizzou swimming and diving teams' nationally acclaimed competition pool.
