The University of Missouri women's tennis team finished up action at the Mizzou Invitational by taking both doubles draws and winning the `B' and `C' singles draws.

The day began with doubles action, where the Tigers would take both draws, with Chrissy Svetlic and Mallory Weber winning the `A' flight championship match over Illinois State's Veronique Parke-Bedard and Katri Miller, 8-4.

Kaitlyn Ritchie and Kaitlin Dunham followed that up just minutes later, winning the `B' doubles draw championship with an 8-6 win over Kari Sloboth and Sarah Plowman of Drake.

In singles action, Svetlic defeated Tiger freshman Maureen Modesto, 2-6, 6-3, 10-6, to win the `B' flight championship. Mizzou's Sofia Ayala won the `C' singles draw by defeating Tanja Hrovatic of Illinois State, 6-2, 6-3.

The Tigers will now head to Tulsa, Okla., for the ITA Championships which will be played later this week.
