Dailey Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Team

COLUMBIA, Mo.--Junior thrower Tyler Dailey (Joplin, Mo.) was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America's (CoSIDA) Academic All-District team yesterday. Dailey, who earned All-America honors during the indoor season in the weight throw, is now eligible for CoSIDA's Academic All-America award, an honor bestowed to only 45 track and field athletes around the nation, with 15 earning first-team honors.

Missouri has had at least one athlete named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team in each of the last five years and has had an CoSIDA Academic All-American in each of the past three years.

Dailey has a 3.76 cumulative GPA, majoring in biology in a pre-med program.
