Columbia, Mo. -The start time of Missouri's first game of the 12th annual Big 12 Softball Championships has been pushed back five hours and will now begin at 4:30 p.m. (CT) Friday, May 11, against sixth-seeded and 18th-ranked Texas on the alternate field of ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Heavy rain in Oklahoma City postponed the opening games of the Big 12 Tournament Thursday night. Both Thursday night games, Kansas versus Iowa State and Texas Tech versus Oklahoma State, will now be played Friday morning beginning at 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., respectively.
