In one week, the Mizzou baseball team will take the field for the first time in 2007, as it opens up a three-game series against Florida International in Miami, Fla. MU is coming off its fourth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006, as it advanced to the Super Regionals in for the first time in school history.

The season opener is next Friday at 6 p.m. central time against FIU. The Tigers will spend the first three weeks of the season on the road before opening their home schedule on March 2 against Youngstown State at Taylor Stadium.
