Mizzou Director of Athletics Mike Alden, Director of Broadcast Operations Mike Kelly and Assistant Director of Media Relations Josh Murray continued the Statewide Outreach efforts, making visits to the communities of Washington, New Haven and Montgomery City on Thursday.

The Tiger staff members began the day in Washington, visiting the publisher of the Washington Missourian Bill Miller, at the Missourian Office, before attending the Washington Rotary, where Alden and Kelly addressed a group of over 50 Rotary members.

Next up was a visit with Mark and Ellen Zobrist at the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of New Haven.

After a quick stop by the Montgomery County High School, Alden, Kelly and Murray then continued to the Montgomery City Senior Center for a gathering of about 20 people set up by Dick Arens and Brent Speight before returning to Columbia.

The Statewide Outreach program will continue with trips planned to the eastern and the southwest parts of Missouri.
