Columbia, Mo. - Missouri softball Head Coach Ehren Earleywine announced today that the Tigers will host three Winter Warm-Up Instructional Clinics, Sunday, Dec. 10, beginning at Noon in the Dan Devine Pavilion for high school prospects grades 9-12. The cost for each of the three clinics (hitting, defense and pitcher/catcher), is $50 with a $25 discount to registrants who sign up for all three of the one hour and 45 minute sessions. Registration will be capped at 50 players per session.
Beginning at Noon, the Mizzou coaching staff and team will provide instruction in the area of hitting followed with a 2 p.m. session on defense and 4 p.m. program designed for pitchers and catchers. Missouri's staff will also hold a brief information session on college recruitment.
All three clinics are open to high school prospects and provide a good opportunity to maintain and develop skills during the winter months while also receiving college exposure.
Registration forms can be found on the Tiger softball home page of the Missouri Department of Athletics website at www.mutigers.com and mailed to MIZZOU Softball, 365 Hearnes, Columbia, MO 65211.
