BeiHang visits Smithton Middle School

COLUMBIA, Mo.--The volleyball team and staff from BeiHang University of Beijing, China, arrives in mid-Missouri late Wednesday to begin their week-long visit to the area. The Missouri volleyball squad visited Beijing in May 2005 and the Tigers will return the goodwill with activities related to volleyball and recreation that's available in the Show-Me State. The tour will culminate with a free-admission Goodwill Exhibition Match to be held next Wednesday, the 26^th, at 6:30 p.m.

 

Along with the exhibition match, the Tigers and BeiHang will provide a free youth clinic on the 26^th, starting at 4:30 p.m., for those eighth grade and younger. Contact Emily Hawkins, (573) 882-0713, for more information and to sign-up. Registration will begin at 4 p.m.
