Mizzou Soccer's exhibition game against the Canadian National Team, which was scheduled to take place on Aug. 19, has been cancelled. The cancellation is due to a conflict in the schedule. The teams are hoping to reschedule the contest next spring.
The Canadian team had planned to use a trip to the United States as preparation for training camp. It was also scheduled to face Indiana, Purdue and Illinois as part of the trip. All of those games have been cancelled.
The Tigers will kick off their preseason schedule with the Black and Gold game at 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 13 at Walton Stadium. The regular season will open up for Mizzou on August 26 against Arizona in Tucson, Ariz.
