Cornerback Michael Harden of the Seattle Seahawks is the NFL Europe League Defensive Player of the Week for games played the third week of the season (April 15), the league announced today.
Harden became the second (B.J. Tucker) Seahawks allocated cornerback to win defensive player of the week in the league's opening three weeks when he intercepted two passes in Berlin's 31-27 defeat at Amsterdam. Harden's first interception ended an Admirals scoring threat at the Thunder eight-yard line, and his second pickoff set up a Berlin touchdown in the third quarter. The University of Missouri alum also recorded four tackles.
