Oct. 11, 2004
Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri's 2004 Homecoming football game against Oklahoma State (Oct. 23) has been chosen for an ABC Sports regional broadcast, and will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. (central) to accommodate the telecast.
That will mark the fourth straight game, and fifth overall in 2004, that MU has been chosen for television. Mizzou's other TV games this year included games at Troy (ESPN-2), at home versus Colorado (ABC) at Baylor (Fox Sports Net) and at Texas (ABC).
Reserved seats have sold out for the Oklahoma State game, as well as the Kansas State game (Nov. 6th), but tickets do remain available for purchase for both games. Temporary bleachers will be brought in for the games in both the North endzone and the North concourse, and those seats are currently on sale at the MU Ticket Office.
In other ticketing news, plenty of reserved seats remain available currently for Mizzou's home finale on Nov. 20th against Kansas.
Tickets can be purchased to all of the above games by calling the ticket office at 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS in Columbia), or by ordering online at www.mutigers.com.
