Mizzou junior Lindsey Hunter and sophomore Jessica Vander Kooi were named to the All-Tournament Team at the Badger Challenge in Madison, Wis. this past weekend. The Tigers were 1-1 at the tournament, defeating No. 23 Wisconsin, 3-1, in the season opener on Friday, before falling to Purdue in five games on Saturday. Hunter had 54 assist in the win over Wisconsin and followed that with 61 against Purdue. She added 11 digs against Purdue for her first double-double of the season. Vander Kooi had a team-high 18 kills and hit .412 on Friday. She then recorded 20 kills and 22 digs in MU's match with Purdue on Saturday. Missouri will open up the home schedule with this weekend's Quality Inn Tiger Invitational at the Hearnes Center. The Tigers will play at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday.
