The Missouri wrestling team will host its seventh annual golf tournament on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the A.L. Gustin Golf Course. Registration will begin at noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to the first three places of the four-person scramble with awards also given for longest drive, closest to the pin and a putting contest set prior to the tournament. Registration forms are available on-line and should be faxed (573-884-7577), emailed (smithbq@missouri.edu) or mailed (429 Hearnes Building Columbia, MO 65211) directly to Smith along with $100 entry fee by Friday, Sept. 3. The $100 will cover green fees, cart, golf balls, dinner and refreshments on the course. All proceeds from the annual event will go directly to the Missouri Wrestling Improvement fund. Non-golfing guests have the opportunity to attend the 5:30 p.m. dinner in Tiger Lounge for an additional $15. For further directions and information please contact Smith at 573-882-0735.
