PHOENIX - A second straight day of play in the Rawlings/Oakland A's Spring Training Tournament has been cancelled after another day of heavy rains in the Phoenix area.

Flooding and street closures were reported in some areas, and the prospect of games being played on Saturday appear suspect unless alternate fields that are deemed to be playable can be found.

The tournament's schedule was revised following cancellation of Thursday's games, and it now appears that the schedule for the entire tournament is up in the air at the moment.
