Jason Falzone has been named head tennis pro and assistant director of tennis operations at the Green Tennis Center at Mizzou. Falzone hails from Jefferson City, Mo., where he was one of the top players in Missouri and anchored one of the strongest high school programs in the state. He played college tennis at Davidson College in North Carolina before returning to mid-Missouri.

"I'm very happy to be here," Falzone said. "The Green Tennis Center is a beautiful tennis structure. To be able to come in and contribute to Columbia's community is an ideal situation,"

"We are very happy to finally have Jason here," said Blake Starkey, MU head coach and director of tennis operations at the Green Tennis Center. "He is a great player, but more importantly, he is an outstanding teacher and organizer. It's just his personality. Jason is one of those people who just gets you excited about tennis, and he is amazing with kids and adults alike."
