COLUMBIA, Missouri- The University of Missouri athletic department, in conjunction with Student Advantage's FANSonly Network, today unveiled a complete redesign of the school's official athletic site, MUTigers.com. The revamped site combines official athletic department news and information with the latest in digital technology and design.
"We're very pleased to continue our outstanding partnership with FANSonly," said MU Director of Media Relations Chad Moller. "As we move further into the Internet age, the ability to reach our fans through this medium becomes increasingly important, and FANSonly provides us the means by which to do so," he said.
Along with the new look, MUTigers.com offers expanded efforts to provide alumni, fans and media with complete information on all Tiger sports. Boosters and prospective student-athletes can visit the new Compliance Corner to receive more information on NCAA and Missouri eligibility rules and regulations. MUTigers.com features online shopping in the Tiger FANStore, a free MUTigers.com wireless service, and the "Meet A Tiger," which allows fans to get the inside scoop on their favorite Missouri student-athletes. Prospective student athletes and boosters can visit the new and improved Compliance Corner to receive more information on NCAA and Missouri eligibility rules and regulations. Throughout the year there will also be opportunities to interact online with Missouri players and coaches, such as our "Ask Coach Pinkel" feature.
