Nov. 20, 2001
The 5th-ranked Missouri Tigers will have their Nov. 24th game vs. Xavier in Indianapolis, Ind. televised by Fox Sports Net Midwest.
The game (set for a 7:30 central tipoff) will be seen in most of the Fox Sports Net Midwest territory, including most of Missouri (including Kansas City and St. Louis), Kansas, Nebraska, southern Illinois and parts of Iowa.
Columbia-area residents can see the game on KOMU-TV (NBC-8).
The announcement means that for the 2001-02 season, fans can catch all but three of MU's games on television. The only games to have no television are Nov. 29th vs. Jackson State, Dec. 6th vs. Southern University and Feb. 13th at Nebraska.
