COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri women's cross country team dropped one spot to No. 15 in the Sept. 24th FinishLynx NCAA poll. The preseason poll, released Sept. 1, had the Tigers in the 14th spot.
Big 12 foe Colorado holds on to the No. 1 spot in the poll but Texas A&M dropped one place to No. 18. Kansas State is second in teams receiving votes.
The men's team, which received three points in its preseason poll, did not receive any votes in the first rankings of the regular season. The Colorado men's team topped the poll and is the only team from the Big 12 in the Top 25. Oklahoma State was ranked 25th in the preseason poll but dropped out of the Sept. 25 picks. OSU and Texas are both receiving points in the latest poll.
