Here is a final word from the Big 12 All Stars and the University of Colorado and Big 12 staff that accompanied them abroad in Austria, Slovak Republic and Germany. Favorite memories from the Big 12 tour:

Kerensa Barr, University of Missouri: Definitely not my favorite but probably the most memorable experience would have to be my introduction to the European approach to sunbathing and using the sauna. In order to keep this PG let's just say that I don't think any of them will have to be worrying about getting any tan lines. On the favorite side, there are many to choose from...KC and Danielle's never ending comedy routine...always getting to be first-time-spades player-Sabrina's partner in our card games on the bus...ice cream cones...going undefeated including an overtime win in game one...the amusement park...ice cream cones...our ride down the Danube River and touring the Schonbrunn Palace...going on the four hour Sound Of Music tour (which would probably have been a lot more interesting if I had actually seen the movie)...ice cream cones...Dru turning one of our long bus rides into an unforgettable karaoke performance...Angie getting fouls called on her before she had actually checked in the game...Tracy ordering a salad at some vintage restaurant in Melk and then following it up with "Hey, y'all got any Ranch?"...and most undoubtedly getting to know all the players from all the other teams and establishing friendships that will go beyond the basketball court.
