The University of Missouri tennis team will take on three Big 12 Conference schools this week at the MU Outdoor Tennis Complex.
*Wednesday - 11 a.m. - Missouri vs. Oklahoma State
*Saturday - 1 p.m. - Missouri vs. Kansas State
*Sunday - 12 Noon - Missouri vs. Texas A&M
Recent Action: The Tigers defeated Cal State Northridge 5-2 and Cal State Fullerton 6-1 to improve to 12-5 overall. The 12 wins set a school record for most wins in a season.
Opponents: Missouri will face three ranked foes this week. Oklahoma State, ranked 19th nationally, is 14-3 overall and 4-1 in Big 12 play. Kansas State, ranked 74th nationally, is 8-6 overall and also 4-1 in the Big 12. Texas A&M, ranked ninth nationally, is 14-3 overall and 3-1 overall.
Head Coach: The Tigers are under the direction of Blake Starkey. Starkey, an 1989 Eastern Kentucky graduate, is in his fourth season at Missouri and has guided Mizzou to two 10-or-more win seasons in the past three years.
Next: Tigers will play Saint Louis in non-conference action April 12.
