Lincoln, NE--The University of Missouri tennis team dropped only its third meet of the 2001 campaign on Saturday, 7-0 to the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. The Huskers improve to 9-2 overall while the Tigers fall to 8-3 on the year and 2-3 in the Big 12.

"I'm really surprised we lost 7-0," Head Coach Blake Starkey said. "We had some tough matches that didn't go our way."

The Tigers begin a three-dual home stand next Saturday, Mar. 10 welcoming the Otahkians of Southeast Missouri State to the MU Courts.
