AMES, Iowa (AP) - Megan Taylor scored 26 points and made six of her team's school-record 18 3-pointers, leading No. 10 Iowa State to a 101-66 victory over Missouri and back into first place in the Big 12.

Stacy Frese broke out of a shooting slump with 20 points and hit five 3s as Iowa State (19-5, 10-3 Big 12) snapped a two-game losing streak that had knocked the Cyclones out of the conference lead. They're now tied for first with Oklahoma, Texas Tech and Kansas.

Missouri (16-8, 6-7) was a step slow on defense all night and Iowa State had numerous wide-open shots. The Cyclones shot 54 percent overall and were 18-of-29 (62 percent) on 3-pointers.

The old school record for 3s was 16 against Colorado last season. It was Iowa State's first 100-point game since beating Grand View 100-82 on Jan. 11, 1997.

Seven Iowa State players made at least one 3, with Taylor going 6-for-8 and Frese 5-for-7. Taylor was 10-for-13 overall and Frese, 4-for-29 from the field in the three previous games, finished 6-for-10.

Marlena Williams led Missouri with 16 points and Julie Helm scored 14.

Taylor, finding an open spot just to the left of the key, hit four 3-pointers and two layups in the first 9 1/2 minutes as Iowa State jumped to a 23-8 lead and was never threatened.

Frese hit back-to-back 3s and Francis had one in a 13-0 run that made it 37-14. The Cyclones led by 27 late in the half and were up 46-20 at halftime.

Missouri committed five turnovers in the first four minutes and never got in synch offensively against Iowa State's zone. Iowa State had more 3-point baskets (9) in the opening half than Missouri had total field goals (7).

The Tigers shot 24 percent in the half and 39 percent for the game.

Iowa State continued to fire away in the second half Taylor had two 3s early and Wilson's full-court drive made it 70-40. Frese scored the first seven points of an 11-0 run that made it 88-47 with 6:46 left.

By the time that run ended, Taylor and Frese were resting on the bench and the crowd of 13,080 was sensing that 100 points were possible. Holly Bordewyk's two free throws with 1:19 left put the Cyclones at 101.
