September 25, 1998 - Within the first twenty minutes of the Key Bank Adidas Norte Dame Tournament the Tigers were losing 0-3. After the 25th ranked Deamon Deacons came on strong Missouri was already playing the hunted before they ever had a chance at being the hunter. Trying to close their lead, sophomore forward Krisitin Boeker shot one into the low left corner for a goal, and fellow classmate Amy Timmerman earned her first assist of the year. In the seocnd half the Tigers only let up one goal, and junior goalkeeper Jackie Adamec had seven saves for the game.
