Tiffany Clevenger, SHRM-CP, serves as Associate Athletics Director - Human Resources for Mizzou Athletics. She brings more than 10 years of leadership and human resources experience to the department, with a background spanning higher education, healthcare and behavioral health.
Prior to joining Athletics in October 2026, Tiffany served as Assistant Director of Human Resources for the University of Missouri's Division of Research, Innovation & Impact, where she partnered with university leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, organizational design, talent acquisition and leadership development. Her previous University of Missouri roles included positions within the Departments of Psychiatry and Pediatrics.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Central Missouri and is a SHRM-Certified Professional. She is also a graduate of the Dr. Elson S. Floyd Administrative Leadership Development Program.
