Nicole Brady was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Game Operations & Special Events in July 2025 after joining the University of Missouri Athletics Department in August 2024 as Director of Event Management.

In her current role, Brady oversees the Game Operations & Special Events department while serving as the primary game manager for Mizzou Football. She also leads the department's championship operations, including the planning, execution and bid process for NCAA and Southeastern Conference championship events hosted by Missouri.

Upon arriving at Mizzou, Brady managed game operations for men's basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and softball, while serving as the secondary game manager for football. Following her promotion, she assumed primary oversight of football game operations and expanded her responsibilities to include department-wide leadership and championship oversight.

Brady has represented the NCAA as a site representative at several postseason events, including the 2024 NCAA Volleyball First and Second Rounds at Creighton, the 2025 NCAA Baseball Regional at LSU, the 2025 NCAA Baseball Super Regional at North Carolina, the 2026 NCAA Baseball Regional at Nebraska and the 2026 NCAA Baseball Super Regional at Texas.

Before joining Missouri, Brady gained experience in collegiate and professional sports through positions at the University of Tennessee and with the NFL's Tennessee Titans.

Brady's responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of home athletic events, managing football game operations, coordinating championship hosting efforts and ensuring a first-class experience for student-athletes, coaches, officials and fans across Mizzou Athletics.

Brady is a two-time graduate of the University of Tennesse, earning bachelor's (2022) and master's (2024) degrees in sport management.
