Katie Martinez Jarvey serves as Associate Athletics Director for Olympic Sports Leadership at the University of Missouri, where she leads championship strategy for assigned Olympic sports programs and serves as the sport administrator for several teams. In this role, she partners with coaches and staff to support program development, competitive success, and the overall student-athlete experience.
Martinez Jarvey brings a background in student-athlete development, academic support, leadership development, and program administration. Prior to joining Mizzou, she held roles at the University of Memphis, University of North Dakota, Norfolk State University, and Old Dominion University. Throughout her career, she has focused on enhancing the student-athlete experience through strategic partnerships, professional development, community engagement, and leadership initiatives. She has also served in national leadership roles with the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and contributed to NCAA leadership development programming.
