Jordon Andreassen is in her second season at Missouri as an assistant coach after joining the Tigers on August 2, 2023.
In her role, Andreassen works sprints and combined events.
She joined the program following five seasons at UAB where she assisted with twenty-three Conference USA point scorers, five school record holders and guided Brittney Ford to the NCAA East Regional Championships in the long jump.
Previous to her time with the Blazers, Andreassen spent a year as the head coach of the track and field and cross country programs at Graceland University. During her tenure, she coached three outdoor NAIA national qualifiers, two indoor NAIA national qualifiers and a cross country national qualifier.
In addition to her responsibilities on the track, Andreassen managed team fundraising efforts, travel coordination, academic progress and recruiting for the team.
A decorated collegiate athlete, Andreassen was a four-time All-Big 12 Conference performer and an eight-time letter winner at Iowa State. She ranks third all-time in the pentathlon and heptathlon on Iowa State's All-Time Performance List.
On the national stage, Andeassen placed third in the heptathlon at the 2009 USATF junior nationals.
Andreassen graduated from Iowa State in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts sciences and earned her Master of Science in sport management in 2017.
