Emma Raaba rejoined the University of Missouri softball program as the Director of Player Development/Director of Camps in the summer of 2025.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Emma back home as our director of player development,” Mizzou Head Softball Coach Larissa Anderson said. “Her experience as a Tiger and the success she had as a coach at Omaha have prepared her to make a tremendous impact on our program.”
Raaba returns to Columbia after serving as an assistant coach at the University of Nebraska at Omaha during the 2023-24 season. Before that, Raaba served as an assistant coach at Marian High School and was a head coach in the club circuit with Nebraska Gold (2023-25).
She previously played softball for the Tigers as a first baseman from 2019 to 2022. Over her four-year career, she appeared in 168 games and hit .237 with 59 RBIs, 18 doubles, and 16 home runs. During her time, she helped lead the Tigers to two NCAA Regionals and one NCAA Super Regional in 2021.
Raaba graduated from the University of Missouri in 2022 with a degree in business management. She earned her masters in businnes administration - human resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2024.
