Coach Smith on Kolcheff
"Steven comes to us from the same high school as fellow signee Josh Edmond, so we were able to get two of the best kids from the state of Michigan out of one of the state's best programs. He is a stud who was a two-time state champion who we expect to have great success at heavyweight at Mizzou. His dad was a former college football coach and Steven himself was a football player, and a great multi-sport athlete. He has a lot of the characteristics that will make him a perfect fit for Tiger Style."
