FRESHMAN (2014-15)
- Went 12-9 overall in first year as an attached wrestler, including three dual starts at 125 pounds.
- First collegiate win came on Nov. 8, 2014 at Harold Nichols Cyclone Open, defeating Eric McKoy (Midland).
- First career dual start on Jan. 17, 2015 against Central Michigan.
- Defeated Blake Caudill (Eastern Michigan) via 9-3 decision on Feb. 8, 2015 for first career dual victory.
- Three of his 12 season victories produced bonus points with his lone pin occurring on Nov. 22, 2014 against Leslie Williams (Lincoln).
- Competed in three tournaments, placing in two of them (finishing fourth at Harold Nichols Cyclone Open and sixth at UCM Open).
- Season best five match winning streak took place at 2014 Cyclone Open.
HIGH SCHOOL (MONETT HIGH SCHOOL)
- Won state titles three times in high school, including his senior year to close out a perfect 49-0 season at 120 pounds.
- Went 46-4 as a junior at 113 pounds, 46-4 as a sophomore at 106 pounds, and 35-5 his freshman year at 103 pounds.
- Took home the state title both his junior and freshman campaigns, and took third place his sophomore campaign.
- Set the Monett High School wrestling all-time record for career victories (174).
- Recognized as 2014 Missouri Outstanding Class 2 Wrestler.
- Was named to the wrestling Academic All-State team in 2014.
- Took seventh at 2014 Senior Nationals to earn All-American status.
- 10-time letter winner in high school. All four years at Monett High School for both wrestling and football, while also earning two letters in track and field.
- Academically, on his school's honor roll all four years.
- Graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors, and was a four time academic letter winner.
