JUNIOR (2015-16)

SOPHOMORE (2014-15)

After only earning four wins during his first season at Mizzou, Goerke increased his total by eight and ended the season with 12 victories.
Earned his first career dual start on Feb. 8, 2015 against Eastern Michigan.
Competed in five tournaments with his best finish coming at the 2014 Joe Parisi Open (fifth place).
Had one bonus point victory, pinning Blake Letney (Luther) in just 0:54.
Began year at 174 pounds, later cut down to 165 pound weight class.

FRESHMAN (2013-14)

As an attached wrestler, picked up four wins after competing in five tournaments.
Picked up a fifth place finish in the freshman/sophomore division at the Joe Parisi Open.
His fastest fall of the season was at 4:57 against Marcus Sunde of Central Missouri.

MARENGO COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL (MARENGO, ILL.)

Posted a 109-20 record in his four years with the Indian program.
As a freshman, wrestled at 160 pounds before moving up to the 171-pound weight class for his sophomore and junior seasons.
Moved back down to 160 pounds for his senior season, finishing with a solid 36-3 record.
Lettered in both wrestling and football throughout his time with the Indians.

PERSONAL

Jonathan Goerke was born to Garrett and Andrea Goerke in Barrington, Ill., on August 11, 1994.
Has one older brother, Rick, who wrestled and played rugby at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
