- Wrestled through the backside of the bracket at the Big 12 Championships winning in the third-place match in a 3-1 overtime decision
JUNIOR (2020-21)
- 2020 NCAA Qualifier (No. 7 seed) at 157 pounds
- Wrestled to a 13-4 record during his COVID junior season
- Tallied three ranked wins, beating as high as No. 13, North Dakota State’s Jared Franek, for his first win of the season
- Took down No. 20, Oregon State’s Hunter Willits, at the North Dakota State Triangular, Jan. 3
- Only win by fall for the year came in the first round of the MAC Championships (Feb. 26-27), pinning Cleveland State’s Daniel Patten in 2:02
- Rattled off three wins in consolation rounds after losing in the first round of the NCAA Championships, March Feb. 26-27, to finish the tournament at 3-2
SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
- NCAA Qualifier at 157 pounds, earning the nation’s No. 14 seed at the weight class, before the NCAA Championships were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic…It would have been his second consecutive NCAA appearance after qualifying as a true freshman in 2019
- MAC runner-up at 157 pounds, losing in the title bout to No. 3-ranked Jesse Dellavecchia of Rider
- Finished his sophomore season with a 25-7 overall record with an 11-5 mark in dual competition
- Was 6-1 in MAC duals and 9-2 overall in MAC bouts, counting the MAC Championships
- Of his 25 wins, 10 earned bonus points, including two falls, four technical falls and four major decisions
- Won the 157-pound weight class at the Southeast Open, Nov. 3, going 4-0 at the tournament
- Took home top honors at 157 pounds at the Lindenwood Open (Nov. 23), going 4-0, and then at the Cougar Clash (Dec. 7) with a 3-0 mark
FRESHMAN (2018-19)
- Finished his true freshman campaign at Mizzou with a remarkable 27-8 record, a perfect 9-0 record in conference, and a 15-5 tournament record
- One of three Mizzou true freshmen to qualify for the NCAA Championships, March 21-23, going 1-2 in three bouts at the national tournament
- Began the season with a pair of victories in the Iowa State Harold Nichols Cylcone Open, Nov. 3, earning a first-place finish in the first tournament of his career
- Took home second place in the Maryville Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open, Nov. 10, after a tight 4-3 loss to Illinois’ Johnny Mologousis in the finals
- Took home the MAC Championship, March 8-9, in his first season in the conference, finishing the tournament with a 3-1 victory over Larry Early from Old Dominion
- Won nine consecutive matches between December and January, including two technical falls and two falls throughout the winning streak
- Tied for second on the team with two technical falls in duals, just one behind John Erneste for the lead
- After winning his opening tournament of the season, Jacques started the final 15 duals at 157 pounds
BEFORE MIZZOU
- A four-time Missouri State Champion, only the 30th wrestler to go undefeated in the Missouri State Championships
- Ranked No. 8 at 152 pounds and No. 51 overall in the Class of 2018 by Intermat
- Finished fifth at the FloNationals and fourth at the Junior Freestyle Nationals
- Intends to major in Communications at Mizzou
