  • Helped SLSG qualify for the ECNL Champions League Playoffs in four straight seasons, including the 2021 ECNL Midwest Conference championship.

  • Daughter of John and Jamila Gates; has one sister, Jade, and one brother, John.

  • Father played collegiate soccer at Southern Illinois Edwardsville and professionally for the St. Louis Ambush; mother ran track at North Carolina A&T; sister Jade competes in track and field at Kentucky; brother John played soccer at Loyola Chicago.

  • Majoring in Business and Sports Management.

  • Chose Mizzou for the connection with the coaching staff, the team culture, and the chance to represent her home state.

  • Lists her most memorable soccer moment as making school history by winning the program’s first district championship.

  • Enjoys spending time with friends in her free time.

  • Career goal is to become a sports psychologist.
