Brittany Boehm Jones, in her fourth year with MU Football and sixth overall in Mizzou athletics administration, serves the program as assistant director of operations. In this vital role, Boehm is involved in a wide variety of important administrative tasks which support the team's coaches, staff and student-athletes. Some of her many duties are related to assisting with the coordination of team travel, oversight of the football budget, handling compliance and academic issues, facilities scheduling and planning, assisting with recruiting operations and managing the day-to-day functions of the program.
For the 2019 season, Boehm served as Director of Operations, after spending the previous two years as the program's assistant director. Prior to joining the football program, she previously spent two seasons as Director of Operations for the Mizzou Soccer program (2015-17).
Boehm came to Columbia from San José State, where she was the Administrative Assistant for the Deputy Director of Internal Operations (Marie Tuite), who oversaw the football program. Along with her football responsibilities, she handled other day-to-day operations within the athletic department.
Boehm was a four-year member (2006-09) of the San José State Spartans women's soccer team and in 2009 concluded her collegiate playing career as part of the regular season Western Athletic Conference Champions. She was also a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at San José State during her collegiate career and served as President in 2009-10.
A native of San Ramon, Calif., Boehm earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San José State in 2011 and her Masters of Education from the School of Counseling and Psychology with an emphasis in Positive Coaching from Mizzou in 2017. She and her husband, Kirk, were married in July of 2019.
