2024-2025 (Illinois State): Appeared in 37 games and made 36 starts in her sophomore campaign...One of six Redbirds to break the program's single-season record for games played...36 appearances in the starting five ranks second in program history for a single season...Averaged a team-high 17.1 points per game along with 5.2 rebounds per game and 2.1 assists per game...Totaled 651 points, which ranks second on Illinois State's single season scoring list...One of four players in program history to tally 600+ points in a single season...Reached double figures in 33 games, scoring 20+ points in 14 games and 30+ points in two games...Career-high 37 points April 2 in the WNIT Fab 4 vs Troy, which is tied for the second-most points by a Redbird in a single game in program history...20+ points in six of the last seven games of the season, along with a pair of 30+ points games...Tallied 30 points March 14 vs Drake in the MVC Tournament, the first 30+ point effort by a Redbird since 2023...Career-high 194 rebounds, with four double-figure rebounding efforts...Team-high 154 free throws made, ranking second on Illinois State's single-season free throw list...Four double-doubles in her sophomore campaign...Helped Illinois State to a third consecutive 20-win season and a fifth consecutive postseason appearance.

2023-2024 (Illinois State):  Started 20 games during her freshman campaign and appeared in all 34 games for the Redbirds...Reached double-figures in 17 games, the most by a true freshman in the Kristen Gillespie era...Dowell was the only true freshman in the MVC to score 20+ points in three consecutive games during the 2023-2024 campaign, doing so with 25 points Feb. 25 at Southern Illinois, 28 points March 1 at Missouri State and 23 points March 7 vs Murray State...Recorded two double-doubles on the season, which is the most by a true freshman in the Kristen Gillespie era...She was one of three true freshmen in the MVC to record multiple double-doubles on the year...Recorded her first double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds Jan. 21 at UIC...Registered her first-career 20-point, 10-rebound double-double and her second overall double-double Feb. 29 at Southern Illinois with 25 points and 10 rebounds...Averaged 9.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game during the year...Season-high 28 points March 1 at Missouri State...Season-high 12 rebounds Jan. 21 at UIC...Season-high five assists on two occasions (Jan. 25 vs UNI and Feb. 22 at Bradley)...Helped Illinois State to a second consecutive 20-win season and fourth-straight postseason appearance. 

High School: Guided O'Fallon to its first State title in program history to cap off her career in 2022-2023...Had 30 points, six rebounds and five assists to lead the Panthers to a 77-60 victory against Arlington Heights Hersey in the State Semifinals...Scored 25 points during a 62-57 win over Lisle Benet Academy in double overtime in the title game to clinch the Class 4A State title for O'Fallon...First team all-state selection by the Associated Press and Illinois Basketball Coaches Association...Named First Team Southwestern All-Conference in 2021-2022; Third Team All State for the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association in 2021-2022... Surpassed 1,000 career points in her junior year as a Panther... Averaged 16 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 2.4 apg, and 2.3 spg during her junior season to lead the Panthers to a Sectional Semifinal appearance.
