RUTHERFORD ON FLYNN: "We are looking for Marcie to help us at the point guard position. She has a year's experience behind her and knows what it takes to play. She is a very strong player, and we are looking for her to be a shooter as well as a leader on the court. She will add the depth to the point position this year which is something we have lacked in the past."
