1977-78: Laura was a member of the junior varsity squad in 1976–77, and worked on her game over the summer. Coach Rutherford was quite impressed with Laura’s play this fall and feels that she has improved to the point where she is challenging for a starting forward position.
Laura is a Physical Education major with a 3.0 grade average. She has enjoyed artwork since high school, where she earned several artistic awards.
